Spring Membership Drive has begun! Looking to connect with other St. Louis area Etsy sellers? Looking to be a part of a creative, fun and business-minded group that promotes the local handmade community? That's us!

Applications are due by February 28, 2011 and team invitations will be extended in March.

We're looking for new members for Show Me Etsy - the St. Louis area Etsy street team.  If you live within 100 miles of St. Louis, sell handmade or vintage goods on Etsy.com and want to be a part of a fun, active, business focused team ,head over to showmeetsy.org to get the application info.  Due by July 25th (10 more days)

Artropy is coming up this Saturday!

Artropy is a unique art & craft show that features a number of artists with diverse talents in many areas including: jewelry design, painting, textile arts, photography, mixed-media, glass work, eco-fashion and illustration.

Artropy Call for Artists

Wow me Wednesday - showme etsy

This seems like a good week to focus on being thankful for what I have, so with this week's wow me Wednesday I'd like to feature my totally awesome local street team Showme Etsy. When I joined Showme Etsy, I had been on etsy for a little over two months and was so new to the St. Louis metro area not only had I never done a craft show I couldn't even name any in the area.

The artists of Showme Etsy have not only amazed me with their artistic talents, but have also helped me grow as a business woman by sharing many years of know-how. I'm thankful for having found such a supportive group of friends.

I strongly encourage everyone to shop handmade this holiday season to support individual artists instead of national retail stores and the Showme Etsy team store is an excellent place to start.

Artropy is April 25th!

Only 6 more days until Artropy, the Show Me Etsy spring show in St. Louis. If you live in the area you should definitely come check it out, Saturday April 25th from 9-3:30 at Sqwires restaurant. You wont find a better selection of handmade goodies anywhere else in town.
